Our eco-friendly giclee fine art printing range is growing in popularity. We are now finding that photographer and artists are looking exclusively for eco-friendly fine art printing and will not use anything else.
As a company we are always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint. It made perfect sense to offer this range of sustainable fine art printing papers.
Our papers come from Hahnemühle’s natural line and include Bamboo and Agave. These papers are acid free, ligning free and OBA free.
Your order will be packaged in environmentally friendly materials.
Putting the Environment First
The printing industry has made a lot of progress towards reducing its carbon footprint. We use FSC approved papers where possible, recycle all we can and minimise wastage. For those who want to go even future we are able to help you put the environment first which your next print order. The bamboo and agave fibres used require minimal maintenance, grow quickly and don’t need any pesticides. Their rapid growth means that more cellulose can be produced on the same cropland than with other raw materials, and they also require much less water, helping to save valuable resources and protect the environment.
Sustainable Paper Choices
Hahnemühle Bamboo
Made from 90% bamboo fibres it has a natural look. The natural white, warm-toned bamboo paper does not contain OBA (optical brighteners), and has a lightly textured felt structure. The matt premium inkjet coating delivers excellent printing results with defined reproduction of colour and detail, particularly for warm hues and monochrome prints. Bamboo is acid- and lignin-free and meets the most precise requirements in terms of age resistance.

Hahnemühle Agave
Hahnemühle Agave is the first fine art paper to utilise the Agave plant fibres. 70% of this unique, environmentally friendly FineArt inkjet paper is made from sisal fibres. The base material stands out with its bright white natural tone and does not contain OBA (optical brighteners). The rough, yet delicately defined surface texture gives the subject a sense of depth and impresses with a pleasant, soft feel. Hahnemühle Agave is acid- and lignin-free and meets the most exacting requirements in terms of age resistance.
