Dispatch time differ by product.
Same day collection available (Contact Shop): Canvas, aluminium, photo prints, giclée prints, fine art prints, photo gifts, passport photos, restorations, business printing (excluding banners).
Next day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm: Canvas, aluminium, photo prints, giclée prints, fine art prints, photo gifts, passport photos, restorations, business printing.
No. We only use archival ink and production processes. Your print will not fade or discolour even in direct sunlight for a minimum of 80 years.
Online, Instore, via email or over the phone. We pride ourselves in offering instore service to our online customers. If you need any advise or guidance picking the correct print media, we can help. Just get in touch.
We work closely with a large number of photography clubs and trade partners. We are always happy to visit clubs to give presentations on how to best prepare files for print and to showcase our paper/media options. Where we can offer a trade discount we will and the club leadership team should contact us directly to arrange.
What separates us from the competition is that we will take that extra effort to contact customers if we feel that their order is too low res, and guide them through how they can supply a better version. As a rule of thumb the original file is always best as services like Messenger, Facebook, WhatsApp will reduce a files size significantly.
